Main Focus : We are a functional fitness gym that caters to everyone from the newbie, to masters and trained individuals.
Functional Fitness: It’s something that can be started at the beginner’s pace. It involves squatting, bending, reaching, lifting and moving your own body weight. “It trains your muscles to work together and prepares them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports.” –Mayo Clinic.
Everyday Classes: Each 1 hour class is supervised by a coach and every workout is explained in depth. Classes will be challenging and help you reach your goals. Everything has a “scale” or an alternate movement depending on your fitness level. There’s no pressure, just positive people helping you achieve your goals and live life to the fullest.
